Yes... I deliberately made more roasted veg than I needed so I could have this the next day... and PSB (or asparagus!) makes it a bit special. I was at Chesterfield market yesterday and both were abundant and reasonably priced. I ought to go there more - there were bowls of veg being sold for a pound - a large cabbage, a large cauliflower, and a handful of carrots - could keep me going for a week. the asparagus was £1.80 a bunch - would be nearer £3 in the supermarket - they were still selling Peruvian asparagus last I looked! I love that your blog reflects seasonal cooking :)
