paneer


I made cheese! I also made a mess of the cooker... oops.

This is really easy to do. I followed the advice on Rachel Demuth's blog There are a couple of recipes there which look well worth trying but I am planning to crumble it into a chickpea and aubergine curry. Nice!

  1. Homemade paneer rocks! Nice one.

    (If you use half fat milk you can get a firmer texture, which can be shaped into a block, if you like that type).
