Light caraway rye bread

This was the latest in the Mellow Bakers The handmade loaf challenge. the recipe  is simple involving making a rye ferment with soured milk and the resultant bread is indeed light. I associate caraway seeds more with cabbage but it works beautifully in this rye bread and I will definitely be exploring this flavour combination further.
